- Bachelor in Paradise stars Tayshia Adams and John Paul Jones have called it quits.
- Sources say the real reason for the breakup has to do with John Paul Jones not being mature enough.
Yesterday, news broke from the wonderful world of Bachelor in Paradise that Tayshia Adams and John Paul Jones have called it quits. Which was, honestly, sort of inevitable given all the rumors that their relationship was fake. And speaking of things being fake, sources tell E! Online that there’s a ~real reason~ these two couldn’t make it work, and it didn’t exactly get covered in Tayshia’s Instagram confirming the breakup.
“They definitely really liked each other but Tayshia is older than JPJ and in the long term needs somebody a little more mature,” the source said. “She is just more realistic about it and they still had a lot of getting to know each other to do after the show.”
And on top of that, the couple’s romance apparently wasn’t even “that serious.” As the source says, “They weren’t ever going to move in together. It was just a fun fling and ran its course and didn’t end up working out.”

She ended her post with “We truly did the best we could, but at this time have decided that what is best for the both of us is to go our separate ways. We are the best of friends and will continue to remain in each other’s life because regardless of the situation, we make each other happy.”
Honestly, I don’t even care why they really broke up, I JUST WANT THEM BACK TOGETHER.
